What Kind Of Guitar An Epiphone Les Paul Or The Schecter Les Paul?

An epiphone Les Paul is an authorized Les Paul. Meaning it is indeed a Les Paul guitar. A Schecter Les Paul isn’t authorized. It’s a knock off. So you should go with an Epiphone if you are looking for an actual Les Paul guitar. Gibson is also an authorized dealer and the original makers of Les Pauls. Gibson guitars are much better than Epiphones, but Epiphones are still Les Paul makers. Gibson owns Epiphone which is why Epiphone sells authorized Les Pauls.

Which Is A Better Guitar Epiphone Les Paul Custom Or Schecter Vengeance Custom?

im looking to buy a new guitar and i was wondering which guitar would be better the epiphone les paul custom or the schecter vengeance custom keep in mind i am a huge avenged sevenfold fan i but i need a guitar that will allow me to play both metal and pop punk which guitar would be better

Like was said before, you need to play both. But 2 things to consider: The Schecter has high output humbuckers so it’s hard to get any “vintage” sweet tones like on a LP with alnico vintage pick-ups. And – re-sale – a Gibson LP will hold its value should you decide to sell it.
