Is Schecter Guitars Good Quality. Are They Good For Beginers?
If it has a straight neck, you have an awesome guitar for a beginner.
It should give you many hours of enjoyment.
Make sure you get an electronic tuner and have someone show you how to use it. When I started playing, that was the hardest thing for me to grasp before electronic tuners. I had to develop my ear to really tell if I was in tune or not.
Get a private instructor to get you through some of the basics as well. It makes the experience much more enjoyable.
The main thing is have fun.
Are Ernie Ball Super Slinkys Good For A Guitar With A Floyd Rose?
ive heard they are great strings
but do they hold up well with a guitar with a floyd rose? (schecter c1-fr)
do they last long?
i play standard tuning

Schecter Devil Floyd Rose Guitar. Good Or Bad?
Could someone please state the pros and cons of this guitar. I like the style of randy rhoads with the classical mixed with the metal but i also like slash’s bluesey rock sort of thing and also just basic classical and spanish playing (clean). im just wondering if this guitar gives a wide range of styles. I played it at billy hyde and it was going for $800. It was beautiful but didn’t get enough time to get to know it. I love the feel and the way it sounds grungy and metal but i dunno how the clean is or anything.
Ive got an Ashton GA100w amp and im wondering if the guitar would sound good with that or not. It’s a pretty **** amp so im thinking it wont sound that good so maybe some ideas on how to make it sound better. (sorry if i seem really picky or demading, i just want to make the right choice)
Also i saw a real nice cherry sumbusrt on the net of the same guitar but with no floyd rose on it, so im just wondering if there is a model with the floyde rose and cherry sumbust or would i have to install the floyd rose and is it hard to install (if possible).
If you dont think this guitar is what i’m looking for could you sujjest a similar one (in looks)

Should I Replace The Emg Pickups In This Guitar? Or Are They Good Enough?
I am going to buy the Schecter Damien Special electric guitar in the next week or two. It comes with two EMG Hz pickups (the H4 and the H4A). They are passive pickups.
I like to play stuff like ACDC Metallica Nickelback etc..
i havent had a chance to play the guitar but everything ive read sounds like it will work for me.

What Is A Good Guitar Amp For Hard Rock?
I’m pretty much still a beginner, so I’m not very knowledgable yet. I’m going to be buying a Schecter guitar soon, and now I don’t know what amp to get. I was thinking about either a Marshall or Mesa Boogie. Does anyone have any specific suggestions? My price range can’t exceed about 600 or 700 dollars.
